Full Body Workout, Inspired By Grease!
Grease has always been one of our favorite movie musicals, and a staple movie night go-to! Catchy songs, classic dance moves, and a love story that instantly brings us back to our high school days. It also just happens to be one of the most fitspirational movies around! So, we decided to turn our next movie night into an at-home workout by creating a 5 step full body workout, inspired entirely by Grease dance moves. Enjoy!
1. Alternating Shoulder Press (12 reps each arm)
3. Side Leg Raise (20 reps each side)
4. Forward Lunge (15 reps each leg)
