Fuel before your run or replenish your afterwards with a quick and easy protein shake. This chocolate peanut butter smoothie is packed with protein using ingredients like chia seeds, greek yogurt, coconut oil and bananas.

Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/2 – 1 frozen banana
1 tsp coconut oil
