Now, let’s talk about the word frozen. I totally get it, seeing the word “frozen” in the title of this recipe might make you cringe. You’re just going to have to trust me on this one. These delicious almond flour waffles don’t have to be frozen, but they can be. Because let’s be real, I’m not about to make these in the morning when I first wake up. Nope. Not unless it’s Saturday, thank you! I can barely function when I first wake up. Proof lies within this Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats post. (But they’re too delish to not eat all week long). Therefore, behold! Frozen Almond Flour Waffles! I know you’ll agree with me. I just know it.

4 eggs
¼ cup coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
1¼ cup almond flour
¼ tsp baking soda
1 packet stevia
pinch of salt
