Heirloom Caprese Salad

Want to impress your guests at your next dinner party? Or better yet treat yourself to fancy dish at home? Now you can with very little ingredients and very little preparation. Have a lactose or dairy allergy? No problem, this dish contains no dairy or lactose. Here is the Ms. Vegan version of the classy Italian dish, Caprese salad, using organic ingredients.

Ingredients:
2-3 Heirloom Tomatoes
1 FYH Gourmet Mozzarella Wedge
A good Olive Oil
Balsamic Glaze
Balsamic Vinegar(Optional)
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
1) Wash and slice tomatoes
2) Slice your mozzarella
3) Plate slices of cheese and tomatoes
4) Drizzle with olive oil
5) Follow it with a good amount of balsamic glaze (I add a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar as well)
6) Season with salt and pepper
