Simple Homemade Superfood Trail Mix

If you are looking for something filling, delicious, and nutritious, you have come to the right place! This superfood trail mix is packed with superfoods and nutrients that makes this trail mix a great snack anytime!

4 ingredients is all you need for this yummy snack!

Ingredients:
– 1 cup of Barbara’s Multigrain Spoonfuls (or preferred cereal)
– 1/3 cup of Raw Almonds
– 1/2 cup of Goji Berries
– 2 tablespoons of chocolate chunks (I used Enjoy Life dairy-free chunks)

Directions:
1. Equally separate each ingredient into three separate servings.

Why is this trail mix a “superfood” trail mix?
Goji Berries are considered one of the most nutritionally dense foods on earth and contain many antioxidants as well as all 18 amino acids and a high dose of vitamins. And they are delicious!
Almonds are an amazing source of Vitamin E (great for your glowing skin!) and high in magnesium, zinc, protein, fiber, and healthy fats.
Chocolate lowers your blood pressure, your risk of heart attack, and reduces stress.
