Morning Energizing Pineapple & Aloe Smoothie
* Blend:
1 aloe vera leaf
1 cup filtered water
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
2-3 drops stevia

Evening Detox Green Smoothie
* Blend:
1 chopped cucumber
juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp aloe vera
1 tbsp grated ginger
handful of fresh parsley
