Burn & Firm With This At-Home Pilates Routine

This is one of my favorite full body routines of all time. It’s based off a class I used to teach in NYC. This workout is designed to make your muscles shake and get your heart rate up to burn calories and tone your entire body!

Grab some 2-3 pound dumbbells, a yoga mat and some water – yes, that’s it! Use super light weights, because I PROMISE you will feel it! I have a killer shoulder sequence in there that will make those shoulders burn.
