Broiled Grapefruit

This “recipe” is for grapefruit lovers and haters alike. It’s so short that calling it a recipe feels like cheating.

Grapefruit is already delicious as is, but believe or not, there are some grapefruit haters out there, so this one is if for you! The secret to making a grapefruit taste even more delicious is broiling it.

Seriously, cut that grapefruit in half, add a sprinkle of cinnamon, place it face up in the oven, and broil it until the top is a light toasty brown. When you broil a grapefruit it turns the flesh soft and caramelizes the sugar, negating that bitter taste. Now, enjoy!
