By Everlyn Kee November 16, 2015

I had been struggling with my hair thinning for the past year, and I finally put a stop to it. By eating these super foods, my hair has grown thicker and the amount of hair loss has definitely reduced. Here are some of my favorite healthy foods I’ve found to help with hair growth.

Bonus: Zinc is important in your diet for healthy thick hair, but in order for your body to consume and absorb all the zinc, you have to have enough Vitamin C. So fill up on foods full of vitamin C like oranges, papaya, leafy green vegetables, and broccoli!
