Cameron Diaz Talks Loving Your Body In “The Body Book”

By Melody Darlene January 11, 2014

It’s so amazing to see so many influential women spreading the message of self love and positive body image. Cameron Diaz joins Shawn Johnson, Robyn Lawley, and countless other celebrities in the crusade of encouraging women to embrace their bodies with her new book, The Body Book: The Law of Hunger, the Science of Strength, and Other Ways to Love Your Amazing Body. She isn’t interested in teaching you how to “eat/workout like the stars,” which we so commonly see on the cover of tabloids and magazines. Rather, Cameron is on a mission to spread the message of becoming the best you and encouraging “people to be healthy and live their life to the fullest.” Amen sister!

Cameron Diaz shares her formula for becoming happier, healthier, and stronger in this positive, essential guide that is grounded in science and inspired by personal experience. [x]
